Located in Medford, New York—in the heart of Suffolk County, Long Island— Blue Ridge Condominiums and Golf Course offers residents a life of luxury! Before moving to Blue Ridge, we were constantly counting down the days until we could get away to some far off place for our annual week-long vacation. We just could not wait to relax by the pool, sip a drink or two, stroll along and enjoy a nice view, or simply stop to “smell the roses.” At the same time we also looked forward to filling some of our time with fun activities such as playing tennis, or catching a movie. Now, with the seemingly endless list of amenities and activities at our disposal without even leaving the gates of the complex, every day feels like a vacation. What’s more, instead of paying large amounts of money for those vacations and making our travel agent rich, while we sit poolside, we can toast to our investment!
